  • Given the nature of “Azadi” neighborhood as a mixed-use area and the importance of this street, building a complex to meet the needs of this area is highly important
  • Objectives of this project include influencing the potential to encourage investment and adapt to changing needs of society, seeking to improve the vitality of the neighborhood, considering density to respond to the changing conditions of pedestrians, increasing diversity of uses, enhancing environmental quality, and improving accessibility by providing the ability to use the connected metro station instead of cars
